docs: update version examples in cut-release skill to reflect v0.2.4

The version bump examples in the cut-release SKILL.md still referenced
0.2.2 as the current version, making the next patch example show
0.2.3 — a version that already exists and has been released.

An agent following these instructions to cut a release would have
attempted to bump to 0.2.3 instead of the correct next patch
0.2.5, resulting in a version conflict or incorrect tag.
