Hi, I'm Surudh 👋

I'm a Technical Program Manager (and formerly a Software Engineer - BSE, UWaterloo)

  • I have 7+ years shipping code and 3+ years directing global programs.
  • I thrive in the "messy middle." My specialty is stepping into ambiguity and introducing the predictability needed to drive real business value.
  • The bulk of my experience is in enterprise SaaS across the fintech, healthtech, and e-commerce sectors.

Currently

Wrapping up a sabbatical and on the lookout for new opportunities. Over the last year, I stepped back from a 4-year sprint of scaling early-stage startups to:

  • 💒 attend lots of weddings/family gatherings
  • 🧑‍💻 begin turning some micro-SaaS projects into side hustles
  • 📈 dive deep into trading and financial systems
  • 🐶 foster a puppy for the very first time
  • 🏍️ and push my MT-03 as far up into the Rockies as the little thing will go
