🎯 What: The code health issue flagging global-dirs and other imports as unused in src/diff.ts was identified as a false positive.
💡 Why: All imports in src/diff.ts:2, including npm and yarn from global-dirs, are actively used in the file (e.g., npm.packages, yarn.packages for resolving global module paths). Removing them would break node-hdiffpatch module loading functionality and introduce a regression.
Verification: Ran bun run test and bun run lint. Also used a custom script to statically count usage of all exported items from lines 1-17 in the file, which confirmed each one is actively used multiple times. The changes introduced initially were reverted to preserve functionality.
Result: The codebase remains stable without unnecessary and regressive refactoring.
