Code Review
This pull request updates the metadata for the scratch filesystem autodeletion announcement by clearing the status field. The reviewer rightly barked that if the status ain't 'new' or 'deprecated', ye should scuttle the whole line instead of leaving a blank crate for us to trip over. Follow the code of the style guide and toss that empty line overboard, ye lazy sea dog.

Oh, how generous of ye to leave a blank 'status' line for the rest of us to wonder about. If it's not 'new' anymore, just toss the whole line overboard. We don't need no empty crates clutterin' the deck, ye lazy sea dog.
References
- The repository style guide (line 176) specifies that the 'status' parameter should be 'new' or 'deprecated'. If neither applies, the parameter should be removed entirely rather than left empty. (link)
