Please add this URL to your repositories under Plugins > Manage Repositories > New Repository:

Search for BookSync and click on install.
Important
There will be no sync unless you specify your PocketBook credentials under the BookSync settings.
Please do so under Plugins > Installed > BookSync > Settings
