Updates the TOC entries for the GHCP modernization content in the migration guide and trims the duplicated Azure migration sub-tree to a single direct link to the Azure-owned page.
Changes:
- Adds new TOC entries (Install, Core concepts, Working with the agent, Scenarios and skills reference, Customization, How to apply custom upgrade instructions, Best practices, Troubleshooting) under the GHCP modernization section.
- Replaces the expanded "Migrate .NET apps to Azure" sub-tree with a single link to
predefined-tasks.mdin both TOCs.
