Detect Beta/Dev/Canary Android System WebView builds (including TrichromeOpenBeta via versionCode variant digit) and surface a dismissible BottomBarManager alert before Coinbase purchases. The user can Continue Anyway or Cancel. Signed-off-by: Brandon McAnsh <git@bmcreations.dev>
