Update ThreadPlane positioning tagline

Summary

• Replace LangGraph-only / signal-native positioning with the approved ThreadPlane agent UI tagline and supporting proof row.
• Migrate website metadata, hero, OG image, README, docs, emails, generated public agent context, SVG assets, and whitepaper artifacts.
• Preserve the hello@cacheplane.ai email sender domain while updating non-email-domain copy.
