0.8.1 -> 0.8.2. Ships PR #31 (Codex follow-up F1/F2/F3 — 3 of 4 HIGH closed). F4 serde_yml migration + MEDIUM F5/F6/F7 tracked. Auto-Tag fires on Cargo.toml change to main; release.yml then builds arm64 + cargo-audit/deny + SBOM + provenance + Homebrew. 1940 tests / clippy / fmt / deny clean.
