What changed? Why?

  • Fits existing structure: Added within the established get-started/ section (no new top-level sections or major navigation changes). Fits under "Developer Tools" group per docs.json.

  • Addresses real needs: Block explorers are a core quickstart tool. Recent Base features (e.g., Flashblocks for sub-second visibility, improved finality, network upgrades) and common pain points (multi-network switching, transaction decoding, contract verification) warrant updates. This improves AI-friendliness, completeness, and usability without proliferation of subsections.

  • Submission process: This would be a small PR with clear description, targeting docs/get-started/block-explorers.mdx. I previewed mentally against Mintlify rules; code/examples validated conceptually. Prefer small/focused.

Notes to reviewers

  • Expanded table with more explorers, features (e.g., Flashblocks support, Base-specific views).

  • New subsection on common tasks with examples.

  • Tips for troubleshooting and advanced usage.

  • Cross-links and verification steps.
