Technical Generalist | Systems Architect | Independent Developer
📍 Brooklyn, NY
I build products, systems, and tooling that remove friction and make complex workflows feel obvious.
My work sits at the intersection of software architecture, automation, and developer experience. With a background in the humanities and a strong commitment to FOSS, I focus on building practical, resilient systems with clear documentation, intentional design, and fast feedback loops. I optimize for leverage: fewer moving parts, stronger defaults, and infrastructure that stays out of the way.
My independent game development label.
- Battle Tactics Arena – A grid-based tactical RPG built in Lua with LÖVE2D, designed from the ground up around a custom ECS architecture. The goal is a highly moddable, deterministic game system with strong runtime guarantees and a foundation for long-term iteration.
My umbrella for software products, developer tooling, and technical consulting.
- StatelessIO – A suite of stateless backend utilities for safe data transformation, infrastructure hardening, and operational simplicity.
ShiftFS: Runtime configuration transformation for normalizing environmental data across deployments.NullTrace: High-performance PII redaction for sanitizing sensitive logs before external processing.
- HYPERfix.nvim – A modular Neovim setup written in Lua, built to support fast, low-friction, automation-first development.
I run my own stack and use it as a proving ground for the way I like to build:
- Operating Systems: Nobara Linux, Pop!_OS
- Networking & Security: Tailscale mesh overlays, Pi-hole DNS sinks
- Data Integrity: Automated, encrypted backups with BorgBackup (
