Tend your friendships. A personal relationship manager for iOS, built for people who care about staying connected but struggle to keep track.
Life gets busy. You think about a friend, mean to reach out, and then three months go by. For people with ADHD especially, maintaining friendships isn't about caring less — it's about the gap between intention and action.
Tend gives you a simple system: set how often you want to see each friend, and the app takes care of the rest.
Friends are organized into four circles based on how often you connect:
- Inner Circle — Your closest people. Weekly or more.
- Close Friends — Regular catch-ups. Every couple of weeks.
- Regulars — Monthly-ish check-ins.
- Casual — A few times a year.
Circles adjust automatically as your patterns change, or you can set them yourself.
After you log a meetup — dinner, a call, coffee, whatever — Tend calculates when you're next due to connect. You'll see at a glance who's overdue, who's coming up soon, and who you're on track with.
Gentle reminders nudge you when a friend is overdue. No spam — just the people who matter.
Had coffee with a friend? Long-press their name and log it in two taps. Or open the full form to add notes, a location, and more detail. Tend learns your patterns over time.
