New Stateless Fails

Died on slow/heavy queries on ARM binary. CI probably overloaded, not a PR issue.

Regression New Fails

Fails in s3_export_part and s3_export_partition CI are from outdated tests, gonna need to update regression release branch again. Other fails are swarms and parquet, unrelated.

AI audit returned no defects.
