Describe the bug

When editing a tagging rule conditions are not showed correctly or there's missing information

Regression Issue

Expected Behavior

Conditions on tagging rules should be showed on tagging rule editting/viewing

Current Behavior

all conditions are not correctly showed

Reproduction Steps

1. Navigate to Tagging Rules.
2. Create or edit a rule with one or more conditions.
3. Observe that conditions are not being showed correctly upon saving.
