Google android flexbox not resolving at build time

I was getting this error "Could not find com.google.android:flexbox:1.0.0.
Required by:
project :app > io.intercom.android:intercom-sdk-base:5.5.1"

What I have tried:
I have added maven { url "https://google.bintray.com/flexbox-layout" } to build.gradle repositories but the error persist.
