Update meeting schedule

As many timezones are going to switch to summer time in the following weeks, it's probably a good time to re-assess our meeting times.

• We need everybody to update their times in the spreadsheet (pinned in slack channel)
• Update to remove those who are no longer voting members
• Assess results and choose new times

I suggest we set the deadline to be the Collab Summit for people to do their updates to the spreadsheet and we plan to propose/choose updated times the following week.

Discussed in the TSC meeting today, we likely want to finish the new time selection first before we move over to the LFX Zoom account (#1842) to avoid having to setup the calendar twice. @nodejs/tsc please update your meeting time preference, there should be an email you can find from the mailing list with the spreadsheet to update the preferences.
