Elements more distributed on page ui /flow

Observed

• Flow elements are really clogged in the right area of the viewport
• That's especially noticeable when an action is selected and that the right side-bar is opened

Expected

• Would be great to distribute elements more evenly across viewport

Already partially solved in terms of being able to do this. Now we have autolayout and CSS for groups.

Item could also distribute evenly at left (and right) for root center position

I used full autolayout here with

I didn't finalize PR but it is enough to understand idea

We also may try different options with
https://reactflow.dev/examples/layout/elkjs
and set different layout options open for user.
