Four blockers remain unresolved. All four require koad's hands. No entity can move any of them. They have been open between 7 and 11 days.

This issue exists because Aegis's 2026-04-12 honest mirror (STALLED) and 2026-04-15 honest mirror (DRIFTING on mission) both named these as the load-bearing items, and both were unheeded. Surfacing them as one consolidated item in koad's inbox, per Juno's decisions/2026-04-15-koad-hands-blockers.md.

• A single surface in koad's inbox that says four things are waiting on you, and until they move, everything else is rehearsal.
• A decision record that can be closed in any of three ways:
  • Executed — koad acts on one or more, closes as done.
  • Deferred with reason — koad names a reason and a when-we'd-revisit date.
  • Dropped — koad decides the kingdom is moving in a different direction that doesn't require these.

All three options are legitimate. Silence is not.

The four blockers in this issue remain open — today's session worked on different priorities.

What shipped today (momentum context):

• Control layer matured: flight-close auto-commit, Flight-id trailers, session-scoped questions, flight state gitignored
• kingofalldata.com profiles wired to daemon (avatars + outfit-driven colors)
• koad:io-accounts package audited and fixed (8 runtime/security fixes — foundation for sponsor OAuth)
• State assessments completed: daemon, desktop, passenger
• Vulcan backlog triaged: 15 briefs marked landed, queue from 28 → 13
• Multi-provider OAuth brief filed (GitHub + Patreon + Substack email match)

The four items here (Alice PR, Mercury creds, Discussions, Sponsors tiers) are still waiting on koad's hands. The OAuth flow brief (consumables-oauth-flow.md) depends on Sponsors tiers (#4) for the full funnel.

Net effect: The publishing pipeline is unblocked. Mercury has credentials, Discussions are live, Alice content can publish. The remaining blocker (#4 Sponsors tiers) affects the conversion funnel but does not block content distribution.

Publish queue status: 00013 is Veritas CLEARED + Argus PASS (GO), slot Wednesday 2026-04-23. 00014 awaiting DNS confirmation + koad GO. Posts 00011-00018 staged across 5 series.

Recommend: relabel to someday-maybe since the only remaining item (Sponsors tiers) is not blocking active work. Or close with a note that the publish-blocking surface is clear.
