Magento DE Installation Error

Hello,

i have download the latest version from this github-site. after extract into the root-folder on my webspace the installation not starts.

This is the error:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'lib/Mage/Autoload/Simple.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php6') in /"my-root-path"/htdocs/shop/downloader/index.php on line 32

PHP-Version is 5.4.19
MySQL-Server 5.1.66
GNU/Linux i686

It seems that some file is missing or the access rights are not given. Some people had this issue (see https://www.google.de/search?q=magento+"Failed+opening+required+'lib/Mage/Autoload/Simple.php'"), but there is no simple solution. I suggest you re-upload the files and try again.
