New tag for 1.65.0?

Most package managers include a tagged version of cppdap, e.g.:

• vcpkg - 1.58.0-a
• msys2 - 1.58.0-a
• Ubuntu - 15.8.0-a

Looks like there was a new 1.65.0 release and a 1.59.0 release.

It would be very helpful if you could provide Git tags (or a GitHub release) for either; that would allow package managers to use a more recent version of cppdap.
