npm/yarn install: sqlite3 couldn't be built

npm install and yarn failed because the sqlite3 build files cannot be downloaded (403 HTTP error).
Changing the sqlite3 version to the latest solved the issue.

In package.json:

    "sqlite3": "^5.1.6"
