Enable programmatic use of type conversion?

If one would like to use your parsing of table creation and queries, would it be possible to expose that logic for programmatic use?

Maybe even separate the CLI-part from the logic part? Like eg. I have done here:

Hey there, just finding time to get back to this now. Could you give me an example use case that you were wanting to use this for?

I honestly can’t remember my specific use case anymore, I’m not working actively on the project which I targeted this for.

Overall though I like the separation of CLI interface from the logic, and a way to really ensure that is to make them two separate modules like I have done with installed-core.
