release: work on getting libjcryst wheels built and added to pypi #29

@sbillinge

Description

@sbillinge

per the convo related to the 3.14 release of pyobjcryst reproduced here:

Looks Ok - I'm wondering if libobjcryst could be also uploaded to pypi, which would allow a straightforward pip installation. We'd probably need to push wheels.

@vincefn we can work on that. We have some CI workflows that build wheels and so I expect we could adapt them for that purpose. For now we can work to get just pyobjcryst installable from conda-forge so we can publish a 3.14 version of diffpy.cmi.
