[BUG] Can't access to the instance after reboot --- Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535

Summary of the bug

Hi,

After I reboot the instance (this is because of another issue), then I am not able to access to the instance,

I always got the response Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535. Also the instance status become "unheathy"

Steps to reproduce

SSH in to the server, then "reboot" the instance
try to ssh into the server again with "brev shell nvidia-cloud-a100"

Expected vs actual behavior

Expected: login without any issue
actual behavior: recived Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535
