Describe the change

1. Run Set-ScriptFileRequirement -Path C:\Repos\GitHub\PSModule\Module\GitHub\src
2. Get #FIXME: Suggestion CasingStyle
3. Install-PSResource CasingStyle
4. Rerun Set-ScriptFileRequirement
5. script adds the #Requires sections, but doesnt remove the inline comment
