Dear Dr. JosephPB,
I hope this message finds you well. I am a PhD student from China, and I am very interested in your X-Net project. I have one key question and would be very grateful if you could kindly provide some guidance.
During model training, labeled data from the original dataset are required. For the separation of three-dimensional soft tissue and bone tissue, may I ask how you obtained the labels? Specifically, were the labels generated through manual annotation, semi-automatic segmentation, or another method?
This issue is very important for my current research, and I would sincerely appreciate any advice or suggestions you could share.
Thank you very much for your time and help.
Best regards,
Hui
