Executor for App Engine Flexible Environment stuck..

I can't get the migrate step to work!

It successfully:

Then it stays stuck at "Execute Command" forever.

Note that I'm not interested in the cloud proxy part. Just being able to run the php artisan migrate --force command on the appengine instance.

What am I doing wrong?
