Create a simple app based on Issue#1

Description

Implement this Figma design on the JAMstack+Netlify architecture that was created in Issue#1 #1 (comment).
Use the earthday prototype as an example of where this is already working.

1. The app should be white-labeled and be skinned according to some variable like user location or locale or a choice on-screen, etc.
2. Use a Design System that scales to Android, iOS, and Web.
3. Ensure that any written language can be added as translations to the Github repo by non-developer contributors and will be available to end-users immediately.
