Fix axis ratio behavior in Hernquist IC

Axis ratios in utils.halo.ICHernquist.triaxial currently are divisors of the coordinates. To have the correct behavior, i.e. a=1, b=1, c=0.5 result in a short z-axis, the coordinates should be multiplied by the axis ratios.
